🎥 Offline Presentation Upload Instructions
Dear Participants
Participants who prefer the offline presentation option are required to send their presentations to us via one of the following methods.
How to Prepare a Presentation Recording?
- Your presentation 13-18 April 2026 You must upload it to the system between the dates.
- Last day and time for loading 18 April 2026, 23.59 as the most important factor.
- Offline presentations will be evaluated by the scientific committee members assigned by the organising committee and who have the closest expertise to the subject of your paper.
- If deemed necessary, you will be contacted via our corporate congress e-mail for questions, comments or contributions.
- If you complete your presentation within the framework of the congress rules, your offline paper will be included in the congress books.
- Your presentation By opening a meeting via Zoom or a similar programme, Perform as if you are making an online presentation.
- During the presentation narrate your PowerPoint presentation by screen sharing required.
- During the presentation video recording should be taken.
- Your voice must be clear during the recording; it is optional to switch on your own image.
- Video duration maximum 8 minutes should be.
- You are kindly requested to check the audio and video before recording.
Presentation Submission Methods
You can transmit your recorded video by one of the following methods:
1) File Upload via Form
- You can upload your video file directly via this form.
- Recommended file format: .mp4
- Maximum file size: 50 MB
2) Shipping with WeTransfer
- You can upload your video file via WeTransfer and add the generated download link to the relevant field.
- Please make sure that the connection is active during transmission.
3) YouTube (Unlisted) Upload
- Upload your video to the YouTube platform Unlisted as a new programme.
- Insert the video link you obtained in the relevant field in the form.
Important Note
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works Accordingly, video recordings, images or content of online and offline presentations may not be shared, reproduced or published by any person, organisation or platform without the permission of the participants.
The presentations are only accessible by the official boards of the congress and the relevant scientific evaluation units, and the rights of the participants are reserved.
Written consent of the participant is required for any sharing of offline presentations or images of online presentations sent to the congress. Your presentations will not be published in any way and will not be shared with a 2nd person / organisation. Our congress applies this rule meticulously.
